Throughout the course of history, the fascination of
abject poverty, juxtaposed against the wealth and
beauty of the metropolis in which we operate, has
often been the subject of many writers.    

While many depict the past as vibrant and full of life, with characters ranging from the elegant gentry to devious
pickpockets, a harsher reality begins to unfold as we unravel the social classes which formed the rich tapestry of society
which still exists today, governed by a dark and unjust law.  

However, while many of the social attitudes of the past have been allowed to continue, the law which governs the land has
developed to protect the people as a whole, rather than the privileged few.  Including the current UK bailiff laws.  Bailiffs
were often perceived as thuggish types who preyed on those who were experiencing hardship, for the greed of the cold
hearted and selfish.  Unfortunately this image is still associated with the work of many modern day bailiff companies.  

So what makes UK Bailiff Company so different?

UK Bailiff Company accepts that this is often the association with the work of bailiffs and so aim to distance the company
from this mentality as far as possible.  We uphold the values of tradition with a contemporary twist.  UK Bailiff Company
acts to ensure the value of serving the client as an individual and to protect their interests, while aiming act as quickly as
possible to achieve guaranteed satisfaction.  We analyse and assess every situation we are faced with and rather than using
'bullying' methods to obtain the owed monies, we do our best to come to an agreement which suit both parties concerned
and to achieve the objectives of the landlord, while accepting that there are many tenants who are experiencing genuine
hardship.

UK Bailiff Company does not take the opinion of having an usurious relationship with our clients or those we meet and deal
with every day.  We aim to maintain the use of the current bailiff laws of working with the people as individuals and as a
whole rather than the particular privileged few.  We hope that we can work collectively with you to resolve commercial
property issues which may arise, as efficiently as is possible to relieve any further anxiety and hardship caused to both
parties concerned.
